CU has a fairly high acceptance rate, I got in after missing my entire senior year of high school and going online, although I had a 3.4 overall GPA. I DID however have to jump through many hoops. My paperwork and transcripts were lost more than once, and I had to go down to the office and explain to them my situation more than once.

Well because my GPA was rockin' (4.3 weighted) and I got a 29 on my ACT and was in state the school had to accept me (ya it's mandated or something). Anyhow, it's not that hard to get accepted as long as you aren't a complete dolt. I suggest spending time writing a good essay and stressing extracurriculars and all that jazz.

I just had a 3.3 in high school. I applied but was really lazy. I was probably on the low end of people getting in not because of being dumb but not working hard in high school.
